- Edits to images are now reliably saved when closing and reopening documents.
- Splitting according to channels is now faster, especially for larger files.
- When connected via USB to a microscope or iPad, the importer window now updates its title dynamically.
- When exporting calculation results, if a path other than the default one in Settings is chosen, it will be reset to the Settings path for the next export.
- Fixed an issue where, even when the Reveal Pixels switch in the Colocalization panel was turned off, images with revealed pixels were still exported and added to reports.
- Help Viewer now prioritizes consistency and quick orientation over restoring the previous state.
- Improved the layout of exported XLSX files to match the styling of PDF and HTML reports.
- During merge of color channels, invalid file drops now show the filename and supported formats, and successful merges display a brief, auto-dismissing confirmation.
- When splitting images according to selected channels, the full folder path when a folder already exists is shown in the alert, so users know exactly which folder will be affected.
- Improved date readability in the Inspector.
- You can now see a live preview of your new ROI selection line color instantly while adjusting it in the Settings window.
- The app icon has been refreshed with a sleek, modern Liquid Glass look.

As a long time user, I can tell you nothing is as powerful as this app for colocalization analysis on the Mac. I have used it for a number publications and it has never failed - not once. Worth buying a Mac for if you don't already own one!

This software is remarkably well designed and user friendly! Website contains lots of useful information. A feature request: we would like to be able to remember the areas selected on one image for background adjustments to be re-used on another images. Is this possible?

There are 3 scientific gems for Mac: Colocalizer Pro, Papers, and Macnification (in chronological order of their releases). All work and look great, use clever metaphors for icons, and created by the people who seem to know exactly what they are doing. Colocalizer Pro is designed for more a specialized type of image analysis, like quantification of colocalization, while Papers and Macnification are for more generally-oriented. I purchased Colocalizer license last year and already published a paper with its help! Thanks to support documentation, the learning time is short. Export results in Excel format is hard to beat too. I can highly recommend this application!
